West Vue Apartments - Housing Assistance

Services

West Vue Apartments operate as a HUD section 202/8 housing program and have been designed to provide retirement apartments for the retired adult who qualifies for rent assistance from the Housing Assistance Program.

Living at West Vue Apartments also means that residents can enjoy a comfortable, safe, and friendly living environment without the worries that come with maintaining a home. All maintenance and repair services are provided to residents at no additional cost.

Accomodations

West Vue Apartments provide the freedom and independence of living in your own apartment. Each apartment includes 545 square feet of living area composed of a pleasant living room and dining area, kitchen, bedroom with full bath, abundant closets and storage, wall-to-wall carpet, kitchen appliances, frost-free refrigerator, cable accessibility, and an emergency call system.

Amenities

Conveniently located near doctors' offices, the hospital, and shopping; there are plenty of amenities at West Vue Apartments. You can visit in the lounge for social gatherings and recreation, join an exercise group or check out a book from the library. No need to worry about getting your hair done or doing your laundry - we have a laundromat, beauty salon, and barber services.

For those who need it, noon meals can be delivered right to your door. Also, we provide health monitoring and our emergency call response service makes sure you are always able to get the help you require.

And if you ever need skilled care or rehabilitation, rest assured that West Vue's continuum of care program will give you the help you need. Should you need to check into one of our other facilities, you will be given priority status.
